Below are some questions we are being asked the most.

Users need to download LivePujo App from Google Play Store to view the live feed. Optionally, Live feed can also be viewed directly via the LivePujo website & also integrated inside your website, if any.

LivePujo.com will do the necessary marketing to make the public aware about the platform via different channels including Online ads, Radio & Newspaper advertisements.
Apart from this, Puja Committees are also encouraged to inform the public in general about their Pujo going online.

Practically there are no limits. However, 3-4 cameras are sufficient to cover the entire pandal. Infact, if the committee wants a single camera, they can go ahead without any worries.

The platform has two viewing modes: Free & Pro. Free mode offers live viewing for 15 mins, then logs out the viewer automatically. The user can again login & watch the stream. The Pro mode offers continuous live viewing at a one-time payment of Rs. 10 for all 5 Days, i.e. Rs. 2 per Day.

Payment Terms: 50% Booking Amount. Rest 50% on the day of Installation. A nominal refundable security deposit (50% of total order value), in the form of account payee cheque, towards the cost of cameras & device is required and shall be returned upon successful & intact return of the device(s) back to our team member(s).

In general, no recording is done for live stream. However, if you need recordings, please indicate this at the time of placing orders. Recorded data shall be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 2,500 + GST, per camera.
